Counting mistakes isn't enough. Typlora measures errors relative to how often you typed the same character, then helps you train it. These stats stay in your browser.
Percentages appear after your first tests.
How to use this lab: finish a test, inspect your weakest keys, then select Train for a focused 60-second session. A key needs at least 8 attempts to show a rate. You can also click a key on the keyboard above.
Find words where you made the most mistakes in regular typing tests and start focused 60-second drills. Imported and pasted personal text is never saved in Word Coach.

Finish a regular test to identify tricky words.
Practice a word highlighted by your results, or start with “accuracy”. Personal bests are compared for the same practice word only.
These are mistake counts, not a per-word error rate. Custom text and code modes are excluded.
Knowing your hardest keys isn't enough: some two-letter sequences are harder to type fluently. Measure your mistakes per attempt, identify weak pairs and launch dedicated drills. Everything stays in your browser.
Pair statistics start with your first test.
Rates appear after at least 8 valid attempts per letter pair.
Only aggregate counts are stored, not your typed passage. Older data is never given made-up denominators.Start with a common combination. Where available, drills use words containing that pair. Rare pairs are practiced as literal two-letter sequences.
Every pair gets an independent personal best. Deep links open the same pair drill.
Check key presses, simultaneous combinations and keys that stay active too long. The test runs in your browser and does not save what you type.
Practice original JavaScript, Python, C and SQL snippets. Punctuation matters as much as letters: braces, underscores, operators and semicolons. Records are tracked separately by programming language.

WPM stands for words per minute. To compare typing across languages, one standard word is conventionally counted as 5 characters, including spaces.
Typlora calculates net speed using only correctly positioned characters and actual elapsed time. Accuracy is the ratio of correct keystrokes to all attempted keystrokes, including mistakes later fixed with Backspace.
Check your WPM nowThe plan has three 60-second tests: simple words, accuracy and sentences. A focus character is chosen from available statistics, with at least eight attempts, and stays fixed after the first completed step. The timer starts with your first keystroke. Rest between steps; each one requires the full 60 seconds and at least 20 correct characters. Progress is part of the last 50 tests stored in this browser and the JSON backup. This is not a leaderboard or a promise of improvement.
It depends on what you want to do. Focus on comfort and accuracy first. Track your own personal best using tests of the same duration to compare fairly.
Yes. All available test modes and your local typing history are free and require no account.
Net WPM = correctly positioned characters / 5 / elapsed minutes. Accuracy measures correct keystrokes divided by all attempted keystrokes. A mistyped character counts as a mistake even after you fix it with Backspace.
Yes. Switch to the Italian version in the header or practice with words, sentences, numbers, short code samples and your own custom text.
No account is required for local practice. Typing text and your local history are not uploaded; the optional tournament backend only receives your nickname and aggregate score after you opt in. Your history is stored in this browser's localStorage, when available. Clear it using the Progress section or your browser settings.

counts adjacent letter sequences when the previous letter was correct. It measures errors on the next letter and reports a rate after eight attempts. The one-minute exercises target a particular pair and have separate personal records. Bulk insertion is excluded from pair analytics.
It measures per-key attempts and mistakes in new tests. After at least eight attempts it shows an error rate and offers targeted practice. Older results remain available without being mixed into those percentages.
Each mistake is associated with the character you were supposed to type. The site favors words containing the keys you miss most often. With no saved history, the drill starts with common letters.

The daily sprint lasts 60 seconds and the weekly marathon lasts 120. Each round uses the same text for people choosing the same language, based on the UTC calendar. Finish the timer with at least 90% accuracy to qualify for your local leaderboard. The local leaderboard remains private. The optional backend enables a shared ranking with server checks for time and plausibility, but cannot prove a human typed.
